This is a community site for the Sussex House condominium situated in the greens of downtown Bethesda, Maryland directly adjacent to Battery Lane Urban Park. We are conveniently located between Medical Center and Bethesda Red Line Metro stations where you can take a short walk to reach us from either. Otherwise you take the free Bethesda Circulator bus from Bethesda Station and will drop you off 200ft from our building or rent a bike from Capital Bikeshare and drop off in one of two locations near our building.
Please use the building's rear entrance for all large deliveries, construction staff and move-ins.
